💰 Competitive Pay Scale
- Base Pay: $12.00/hour
- 1st Shift (7 AM – 3 PM): +$1.00/hour = $13.00/hour
- 2nd Shift (3 PM – 11 PM): +$2.00/hour = $14.00/hour
- 3rd Shift (11 PM – 7 AM): +$3.00/hour = $15.00/hour

We are a non-medical personal care services agency, and we provide home care services to individuals who need our assistance and support in the comfort of their own homes. Our services include Personal Care, Companionship, Homemaking, Respite, and Transportation Services. We are serving individuals with intellectual disabilities who are 5 years and older. We accept private pay and Medicaid waivers through the State of Indiana (A&D) & (TBI).
